One-on-One Case Management – Intense direct service support is provided to our participants by our Advocacy Coaches.  Participants are equipped with the resources and services necessary to attain their goals and to expand their successes.

Group Sessions – Monthly Group Sessions provide theory-based life skills training to participants in a supportive and nurturing environment.  These peer-support groups provide participants the opportunity to learn and to expand, while being surrounding by other young parents who understand the obstacles and appreciate the achievements of their fellow H.E.A.R.T.S. family members.

Emergency Support Services – When the challenges of being a young parent become insurmountable, H.E.A.R.T.S. provides participants the resources they need to keep their families safe, healthy, and well cared for.  By aiding with access to healthy food items, transportation, childcare, and housing, we are able to assist participants and their children to stay informed, to stay nourished, to stay employed, and to stay protected.

Creative Learning Experiences – H.E.A.R.T.S. exposes participants to activities in the community that they might otherwise not get to experience. From sporting events to financial planning seminars to trips to the museum, we look for ways to expand the experiences available to our participants and their children.

The LoveBug Children’s Closet - The LoveBug is a consignment-like store created by H.E.A.R.T.S., in which our participants can shop with dignity for baby clothes, supplies, diapers, toys, etc.  Participants earn LoveBucks through their participation in H.E.A.R.T.S. and can then spend this currency in the store.
