Helping Each Adolescent Reach Their Spark
Helping Each Adolescent Reach Spark, affectionately known as H.E.A.R.T.S. educates and equips pregnant and parenting teens, age 13-22, to achieve independence and self-sufficiency through education, mentorship, and community support. We provide holistic development to reduce high school dropout rates and strengthen family stability to combat repeat pregnancies and child neglect. By connecting young parents to caring adults and career-focused partners, H.E.A.R.T.S. transforms mindsets from survival to sustainability.
Fatherhood Engagement
Our Fatherhood Initiative empowers young and teen fathers with mentorship, resources, and community support to help them grow into responsible fathers, strong men, and positive leaders in their families and community..
Advocacy Coaches
Our Case Management and Emergency Support program provides guidance, resources, and immediate assistance to teens and families facing urgent challenges, helping them find stability and a path forward. ❤️
Community
Our Community Group Sessions and Lunch & Learns create spaces for connection, conversation, and support—helping teens and families find their tribe, build relationships, and grow together. Join HEARTS and become part of a community that cares.

Beginning December 1, #GivingLoveToHEARTS returns with an even bigger goal! Last year, because of the incredible generosity of our community, we raised $35,000—the largest amount ever raised during this campaign. Those funds allowed H.E.A.R.T.S. to provide critical support to our young parents and their children, including emergency assistance and resources when families needed us most.
