Calling all Teen Moms & Dads
If you know any teen parents between the ages of 13 and 22 who need support with education, tools, resources, guidance, family essentials, and achieving their goals, H.E.A.R.T.S. registration is now open.
After submitting the interest form, you will receive an email and a phone call from a H.E.A.R.T.S. Advocacy Coach. We will call you from 984-244-1715 - please save our number so that you will know H.E.A.R.T.S. is calling and please answer when we call.
